The living spaces feature sleek, durable engineered oak flooring, adding a touch of modernity while remaining easy to maintain. The walls have been painted in soft, neutral tones, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere that serves as a perfect backdrop for personal touches and decor. Small yet significant updates, such as new interior doors and modern hardware, contribute to the overall fresh and cohesive look.
Heating and cooling systems throughout the home, including the home’s air conditioning, underfloor heating in the bathroom, and the fireplace, are all controllable via Wi-Fi, allowing the clients to activate them remotely from Sydney. The custom-made A/C and bathroom ceiling vents ensure a uniform and aesthetically pleasing design throughout the home.
Bathrooms have been rejuvenated with updated vanities, new fixtures, fresh tiling, and underfloor heating, offering a clean and timeless appeal.
Each bedroom has been enhanced with plush carpeting and ample storage solutions, ensuring a cozy and clutter-free environment.
Exterior
The garage has been transformed with custom shelving, wall-mounted racks, and innovative storage systems, providing ample space to organize tools, sports equipment, and seasonal items efficiently. The flooring in the garage features a custom epoxy mix, adding both durability and style.
The new outdoor deck is a true highlight, crafted from durable, weather-resistant materials that blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings. This expansive outdoor space features comfortable seating, a dining area, and a built-in barbecue, perfect for hosting gatherings or enjoying quiet evenings by the lake. Outdoor heating ensures comfort in cooler weather, making the deck a year-round oasis. Thoughtful lighting and landscaping enhance the deck's ambiance day and night, reinforcing the home's overall appeal as a modern, timeless retreat.
