Specialist, client-centric builders.
Onform Building is headed by Tyler Gumley, a third-generation builder born and raised on the NSW South Coast, and now raising his own family there.
Growing up in a family of builders, construction has always been more than a career - it's been a way of life.
From an early age, Tyler was immersed in the industry, learning the value of quality workmanship, honest communication, and attention to detail.
Those early experiences gave him a practical understanding of the building process and a genuine appreciation for creating homes that are enduring and unique.
“As a third-generation builder, I’ve grown up knowing that building a home is about so much more than construction.
It’s about earning trust, working together, and creating something that will be enjoyed for generations. I believe the best projects start with great relationships, which is why I like to be involved from the very beginning - working alongside clients, designers, and consultants to make informed decisions and avoid surprises later on.
My goal is to make the entire process feel collaborative, transparent, and enjoyable, so that by the time we hand over the keys, we’ve not only built a great home but a lasting relationship as well.”
How we work
Fewer projects. Greater attention.
Tyler started Onform Building in 2022 with the intention of remaining small.
This allows Tyler to oversee every stage of the build, providing the continuity and personal service he saw his predecessors prioritise.
With his team of experienced local tradespeople, the focus is on you. From the initial consultation through to project completion, we take the time to understand your vision, lifestyle, and goals, ensuring every detail of the build reflects your individual needs.
Whether your vision is driven by design, environmental performance, or a carefully considered budget, Onform Building will be there to advise, advocate, and champion your project from concept through to handover.
